لأتعاب العضو حق امتياز على مباشرة حق الخزانة العامة على أموال عميله و يسقط حق العضو فى المطالبة بالأتعاب عند عدم وجود اتفاق كتابى عليها بمضى مضى خمس سنوات ميلادية من تاريخ آخر عمل قام به .
