إذا طرأ لأى سبب من الأسباب ما يمس كيان النقابة فلأعضاء النقابة مجتمعين بهيئة جمعية عمومية بعد تصديق وزير الصناعة والتأمينات الاجتماعية حل الصندوق المبينة هذا القانون وأن يقرروا فى هذه الحالة طريقة استعمال وتوزيع ما بالصندوق من رصيد و يراعى فى التوزيع تفضيل أرباب المعاشات بنسبة المعاش القارى لكل منهم .
