يؤدى عضو النقابة خلال ثلاثين يوما على الأكثر من تاريخ قيده أمام هيئة مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء يختارهم مجلس النقابة سنويا من بين أعضائه اليمين الآتية :
" أقسم بالله العظيم أن أؤدى أعمال مهنتى بالأمانة والشرف وأن أحافظ على سر المهنة وكرامتها واحترم قوانينها وتقاليدها "
