تعفى نقابة المهن الفنية التطبيقية والنقابات الفرعية لها من كافة أنواع الضرائب والرسوم التى تفرضها الحكومة أو أية سلطة عامة أخرى مهما كان نوعها أو تسميتها ، وتعفى أموال النقابة والنقابات الفرعية وأموال صندوق المعاشات والإعانات التابعة منها أو المتفرعة وجميع الإيرادات الاستثمارية من كافة أنواع الضرائب والرسوم التى تفرضها الحكومة أو أى سلطة عامة أخرى مهما كان نوعها أو تسميتها .
