يتقادم الحق فى المطالبة برسم الدمغة المستحق طبقا لأحكام المادة (٥٢) بمضى خمس سنوات من يوم تقديم أو استعمال العقد أو الرسم أو الصورة أو المحرر الخاضع الرسم وينقطع التقادم بالمطالبة بأداء الرسم بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم الوصول .
ويسقط الحق فى طلب رد الرسم المحصل بغير وجه حق بمضى سنة من يوم أدائه .
ولا يقبل طلب رد قيمة الطوابع الملصقة لأى سبب من الأسباب .
