تسقط بقرار من مجلس النقابة عضوية من يفقد من أعضاء المجلس أحد الشروط اللازمة لانتخابه .
ويجوز بقرار من مجلس النقابة إسقاط عضوية المجلس عمن يتغيب من أعضائه عن جلساته ثلاث مرات متتالية أو [غير مقروء] مرات طوال العام دون أعذار يقبلها المجلس وذلك بعد سماع أقواله من تسقط العضوية منه .
