تنشأ نقابة للمهن الفنية التطبيقية ، وتكون لها الشخصية الاعتبارية ، وتباشر نشاطها فى مجال تخصصها فى إطار الاتحاد الاشتراكى العربى ، ويكون مقرها الرئيسى بمدينة القاهرة ، كما يكون لها فروع بالمحافظات طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
