لأتعاب العضو حق امتياز على مباشرة حق الخزانة العامة على أموال عميله ويسقط حق العضو فى المطالبة بالأتعاب عند عدم الاتفاق عليها كتابة بمضى خمس سنوات ميلادية من تاريخ آخر عمل قام به للعميل .
