يجوز لكل من المقدم للمحاكمة ولجنة التحقيق وهيئة التأديب أن تكلف بالحضور على يد محضر الشهود الذين يرى سماع شهادتهم ومن تخلف من هؤلاء الشهود بغير عذر مقبول أو حضر وامتنع عن أداء الشهادة أو شهد زورا أما هيئة التأديب بحال إلى النيابة العامة وتجرى فى شأنه أحكام قانونى العقوبات والإجراءات الجنائية .
