يعلن المطلوب محاكمته بالحضور أمام الهيئة التأديبية بكتاب مسجل مصحوب بعلم الوصول قبل تاريخ الجلسة بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل .
ويوضح هذا الكتاب ميعاد المحاكمة ومكانها وملخص التهمة أو التهم المنسوبة إليه .
