يحاكم أمام الهيئات التأديبية النقابية الأعضاء الذين يرتكبون أمورا مخلة بشرفهم أو ماسة بكرامة المهنة أو يهملون فى تأدية واجباتهم أما الأعضاء العاملين بالجهاز الإدارى للدولة والقطاع العام والهيئات العامة والوحدات التابعة لها فلا يحاكمون أمام هذه الهيئات التأديبية إلا فيما يقع منهم بسبب مزاولة المهنة خارج أعمال وظائفهم .
