ينتخب مجلس النقابة الفرعية فى أول اجتماع له أمينا وأمينا للصندوق ويتكون من هؤلاء ومن رئيس النقابة الفرعية هيئة المكتب ويجب أن يكون أعضاء الهيئة من المقيمين فى مقر النقابة بالمحافظة .
