تنشأ بالنقابة الشعب الآتية :
( ١ ) شعبة الهندسة المدنية .
( ٢ ) شعبة الهندسة المعمارية .
( ٣ ) شعبة الهندسة الميكانيكية .
( ٤ ) شعبة الهندسة الكهربائية
( ٥ ) شعبة الهندسة الكيمائية والنووية .
( ٦ ) شعبة هندسة صناعة الغزل والمنسوجات .
( ٧ ) شعبة هندسة التعدين والبترول والفلزات .
ويجوز للجمعية العمومية للنقابة بناء على اقتراح مجلسها إدماج شعبة فى أخرى أو إنشاء شعب جديدة .
