تسقط بقرار من مجلس النقابة عضوية من يفقد من أعضاء المجلس أحد الشروط اللازمة لانتخابه .
ويجوز بقرار من مجلس النقابة إسقاط عضوية المجلس عمن يتغيب من أعضائه عن جلساته ثلاث مرات متوالية أو خمس مرات طوال العام دون أعذار يقبلها المجلس وذلك بعد سماع أقوال من تسقط العضوية عنه .
