مادة ٨١ مكررا تنقضى الدعوى الجنائية فى المخالفات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون بمضى ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ وقوع الفعل ، كما تسقط العقوبة بمرور ثلاث سنوات على صيرورة الحكم بها نهائيا " .
