Article 76 bis of the Traffic Law

مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد فى أى قانون آخر ، يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل
عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على ثلاثة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من تعمد
السير عكس الاتجاه فى الطريق العام داخل المدن أو خارجها ، فإذا نجم عن ذلك السير
المعاكس أو مخالفة إشارات المرور الخاصة بتنظيم السير ، حدوث إصابة أو وفاة للغير
تضاعف الغرامة المالية .
