يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسة آلاف جنيه ، كل من وضع إعلانا أو تسبب فى وضعه بالمخالفة للمادة (٦٩ مكررا ١) من هذا القانون ، وتتعدد العقوبات بتعدد المخالفات .
ولرجال المرور والشرطة اتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية اللازمة ، ولهم إزالة المخالفة على نفقة المتسبب بالطريق الإدارى .
