Article 74 of the Traffic Law

يعاقب بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه
ولا تزيد على ألفى جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من قاد مركبة دون الحصول على
رخصة قيادة أو كل من خالف أحكام المادة (٤٢) من هذا القانون ، وفى حالة العود خلال
سنة من ارتكاب الفعل تضاعف العقوبة .
