فى حالة ارتكاب قائد المركبة إحدى المخالفات
المنصوص عليها فى المواد ٢٨، ٧٠، ٧٢ (مكررا) من هذا القانون مرة أخرى خلال سنة من تاريخ
ارتكابه المخالفة السابقة ، تلغى رخصة القيادة ، ولا يجوز منحه رخصة أخرى قبل مضى
سنة من تاريخ الإلغاء .
