على قائد أية مركبة وقع منه حادث نشأت عنه إصابات للأشخاص أن يهتم بأمر المصابين وإبلاغ أقرب رجل مرور أو شرطة أو إسعاف بالحادث فور وقوعه ، وعليه عند الضرورة نقل المصاب إلى أقرب مكان لإسعافه .
