كل مركبة يستولى عليها طبقا لأحكام قانون التعبئة العامة تلغى رخصتها من تاريخ الاستيلاء عليها ، ولمالك المركبة أن يطلب استرداد ما أداه من ضرائب عن المدة الباقية من الترخيص بحيث لا تقل عن شهر إذا ما طلب ذلك خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الاستيلاء على المركبة وإلا سقط حقه في الاسترداد ، وتسقط من حساب المدة التي تسترد عنها الضريبة أجزاء الشهر .
