للمرخص له إذا استغنى عن تسيير المركبة وقام برد الرخصة واللوحات المعدنية إلى قسم المرور المختص أن يسترد جزءا من الضريبة المؤداة عن المركبة يناسب المدة الباقية من المدة المؤداة عنها الضريبة وتسقط في حساب المدة التي تسترد عنها الضريبة أجزاء الشهر .
