تسرى رخصة القيادة لمدة خمس سنوات من تاريخ صرفها .
وفيما عدا الأحكام الواردة بهذا الفصل تسرى على رخص قيادة مركبات النقل البطيء أحكام المواد ٣٦ و ٣٨ و ٤١ و ٤٢ من هذا القانون ، وفي الأحوال التي يجوز فيها إلغاء ترخيص القيادة لمخالفة أحكام هذا القانون أو سحبه أو وقفه ، تلغى بالنسبة لدراجات الركوب وعربات اليد رخصة المركبة ذاتها أو تسحب أو توقف لذات المدة المقررة .
