تسرى رخصة القيادة الأجنبية أو الدولية المدة المصرح بها طبقا للاتفاقات الدولية النافذة في البلاد على ألا تجاوز مدة صلاحيتها في الدولة الصادرة منها ولا يمتد تجديدها في الخارج أثناء وجود المرخص له بالبلاد .
وتنظم اللائحة التنفيذية شروط وإجراءات منح حامل تلك الرخص رخص قيادة طبقا لهذا القانون وأنواعها .
