يبلغ رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة قرارات مجلس الإدارة
إلى وزير الخزانة خلال أسبوع من تاريخ صدورها لاعتمادها وتكون هذه
القرارات نافذة إذا لم يعترض عليها الوزير خلال شهر من تاريخ إبلاغها
إليه .
