يلغى القانون رقم ٥٦ لسنة ١٩٦٨ بإنشاء وتنظيم صندوق
مساعدة طلاب الجامعات والمعاهد العليا وتحل الهيئة محل الصندوق
فى حقوقه والتزاماته ويؤول إليها صافى أصوله وخصومه وينقل إلى الهيئة
جميع العاملين بالصندوق بذات درجاتهم ومرتباتهم . ويجوز بقرار من
وزير الخزانة استمرار العمل بالأحكام والقواعد المعمول بها فى الصندوق
فى شأن مساعدة طلاب الجامعات والمعاهد العليا وذلك حتى صدور
اللائحة التنفيذية .
