يلغى القانون رقم ١١ لسنة ١٩٦٨ فى شأن الكسب غير المشروع ومع ذلك يستمر العمل به وبالمرسوم بالقانون رقم ١٣١ لسنة ١٩٥٢ بشأن الكسب غير المشروع والقانون رقم ١٤٨ لسنة ١٩٦١ بتقرير بعض الأحكام الخاصة بالكسب غير المشروع وذلك بالنسبة إلى من كانوا يخضعون لها وتركوا الخدمة أو زالت صفتهم قبل العمل بهذا القانون على أن تتولى فحص الإقرارات الواجب فحصها طبقا لهذه الهيئات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٥ ) من هذا القانون .
