كل من تخلف عن تقديم إقرارات الذمة المالية فى المواعيد المقررة يعاقب بالحبس و بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين جنيها ولا تزيد على خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
ويعاقب بالحبس أو بالغرامة التى لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من ذكر عمدا بيانات غير صحيحة فى تلك الإقرارات .
