إذا بادر الشريك فى جريمة الكسب غير المشروع ، أومن ارتكب جريمة إخفاء المال المتحصل منها إلى إبلاغ السلطات العامة عن جريمة الكسب غير المشروع قبل كشفها أو عن المال المتحصل منها أو أعان أثناء البحث والتحقيق فيها على كشف الحقيقة أعفى من العقوبات المقررة للجريمة ولا يخل حكم هذه المادة بوجوب الحكم بالرد .
