للوزير المختص بالإنتاج الحربي وللجمعية العامة بأغلبية ثلثي أعضائها تنحية رئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الشركة كلهم أو بعضهم بقرار مسبب لمدة لا تزيد على سنة ، إذا رؤي أن في استمرارهم إضرارا بمصلحة العمل ، على أن يستمر صرف مرتباتهم ومكافآتهم أثناء مدة التنحية .
وعلى الوزير المختص بالإنتاج الحربي في حالة التنحية أن يعين مفوضا أو أكثر لإدارة الشركة وله أن يقرر نقل من يتم تنحيتهم داخل الشركة أو خارجها .
