يصدر بتعيين الشيخ قرار من لجنة العمد والمشايخ بالأغلبية المطلقة لعدد أعضائها
بعد التحقق من سلامة الإجراءات ومطابقتها للقانون واستيفاء المقومات المشار إليها فيمن
يتم تعيينه ..
ويرفع قرار اللجنة بتعيين الشيخ إلى وزير الداخلية لاعتماده ، وله إعادة الأوراق إلى
اللجنة مشفوعة بملاحظاته لتصحيح الإجراءات من آخر إجراء تم صحيحا ، فإذا تمسكت
اللجنة برأيها ، أو إذا لم يرد رأى اللجنة خلال شهر من تاريخ إعادة الأوراق إليها ، كان
للوزير أن يتخذ ما يراه ، ويكون قراره فى هذا الشأن نهائيا .
ويسلم مدير الأمن إلى الشيخ قرار تعيينه موقعا عليه منه .
