يجب على كل من العمدة أو الشيخ أن يقيم فى القرية المعين بها على أن يقوم العمدة بتخصيص مقر إدارى دائم يمارس من خلاله مهام وظيفته.

يجب على كل من العمدة أو الشيخ أن يقيم فى القرية المعين بها
وإذا كانت القرية مكونة من عدة عزب أو كفور أو نجوع أقام العمدة فى العزبة
أو الكفر أو النجع المعتبر مقرا للعمدية ما لم يقرر مدير الأمن غير ذلك مراعاة لسهولة
المواصلات وصالح الأمن .
