يعاقب بالسجن المؤبد كل عضو باحدى الجمعيات أو الهيئات أو المنظمات أو الجماعات أو العصابات المذكورة فى المادة 86 مكررا، استعمل الارهاب لاجبار شخص على الانضمام الى أى منها، أو منعه من الانفصال عنها.
وتكون العقوبة الاعدام اذا ترتب على فعل الجانى موت المجنى عليه.
