يعاقب بالحبس لمدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة شهور و بغرامة لا تزيد على ٥٠ جنيها أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين اذا ارتكبت الجريمة فى زمن سلم . وبالحبس من شهر الى ستة أشهر و بغرامة من ٢٠ جنيها الى ١٠٠ جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين اذا ارتكبت فى زمن حرب كل من سهل بعدم احتياطه أو اهماله أو مخالفته اللوائح ارتكاب إحدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المواد ٧٧ و ٧٨ و ٧٩ و ٨٠ و ٨١ .
