كل من حرض على ارتكاب جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المواد ٧٧ و٧٧ أ و٧٧ ب و٧٧ ج و٧٧ د و٧٧ ه و٧٨ و٧٨ أ و٧٨ ب و٧٨ ج و٧٨ د و٧٨ ه و٨٠ من هذا القانون ولم يترتب على تحريضه أثر يعاقب بالسجن المشدد أو بالسجن.
