يحظر على المتعهدين وعلى كل من يدير مرفقا أو عملا من الأعمال العامة المشار اليها فى المادة السابقة أن يقفوا العمل بكيفية يتعطل معها أداء الخدمة العامة وانتظامها .
وتطبق عليهم وعلى المحرضين والمشجعين والمحبذين والمذيعين العقوبات المنصوص عليها فى المادتين ١٢٤ و ١٢٤ ( ا ) على حسب الأحوال .
