إذا ارتكبت الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى الفقرتين الأولى والثانية من المادة السابقة ليلا من ثلاثة أشخاص على الأقل أو من شخص أو اثنين وكان واحد منهما على الأقل حاملا لسلاح تكون العقوبة الأشغال الشاقة أو السجن من ثلاث سنين إلى سبع .
