كل من عطل عمدا بأية طريقة كانت وسيلة من وسائل خدمات المرافق العامة أو وسيلة من وسائل الإنتاج يعاقب بالسجن .
وتكون العقوبة السجن المشدد إذا وقعت الجريمة بقصد الأضرار بالإنتاج أو الإخلال بسير مرفق عام .
