كل من قدم أو سلم للمحكمة في أثناء تحقيق قضية بها سندا أو ورقة ما ثم سرق ذلك بأي طريقة كانت يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز [غير مقروء] شهور أو بغرامة لا تزيد على ثلاثين جنيها مصريا .
