Since 15 October 1937
كل من غش أشربة أو جواهر أو غلالا أو غيرها من أصناف المأكولات أو أدوية معدة للبيع بواسطة خلطها بشيء مضر بالصحة أو باع أو عرض للبيع أشربة أو جواهر أو أصناف مأكولات أو أدوية مع علمه أنها مغشوشة بواسطة خلطها بشيء مضر بالصحة ولو كان المشترى عالما بذلك يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين وغرامة لا تتجاوز مائة جنيه مصري أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين فقط .
