كل من أعطى عمدا لشخص جواهر غير قاتلة فنشأ عنها مرض أو عجز وقتي عن العمل يعاقب طبقا لأحكام المواد ٢٤٠ و ٢٤١ و ٢٤٢ على حسب جسامة ما نشأ عن الجريمة ووجود سبق الإصرار على ارتكابها أو عدم وجوده .
