لا عقوبة مطلقا على من قتل غيره أو أصابه بجراح أو ضربه أثناء استعماله حق الدفاع الشرعي عن نفسه أو ماله أو عن نفس غيره أو ماله وقد بينت في المواد الآتية الظروف التي ينشأ عنها هذا الحق والقيود التي يرتبط بها .
