يعاقب بالعقوبات المدونة في المادة السابقة من صنع أو حمل في الطرق للبيع أو وزع أو عرض للبيع مطبوعات أو نموذجات مهما كانت طريقة صنعها تشابه بهيئتها الظاهرة علامات وطوابع مصلحتي البوسته والتلغرافات المصرية أو مصالح البوسته والتلغرافات في البلاد الداخلة في اتحاد البريد مشابهة تسهل قبولها بدلا من الأوراق المقلدة .
