يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تزيد على خمسين جنيها مصريا أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين فقط : كل من أدخل في بلاد مصر بضائع ممنوع دخولها فيها أو نقل هذه البضائع أو حملها في الطرق لبيعها أو عرضها للبيع أو أخفاها أو شرع في ذلك ما لم ينص قانونا عن عقوبة أخرى .
