كل من حبس عن التداول أي عملة من العملات المعدنية المتداولة قانونا أو صهرها أو باعها أو عرضها للبيع بسعر أعلى من قيمتها الاسمية أو أجرى أي عمل فيها يترع عنها صفة النقد المقررة يعاقب بالحبس مع الشغل وبغرامة تساوي عشرة أمثال قيمة العملة محل الجريمة وبمصادرة العملة أو المعادن المضبوطة .
