كل من قبل بحسن نية عملة مقلدة أو مزيفة أو مزورة ثم تعامل بها بعد علمه بعيبها يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز عشرين جنيها" .

الاشتراك المذكور في المواد السابقة لا ينسري أصلا على من أخذ مسكوكات مزورة أو مغشوشة بصفة أنها جيدة وتعامل بها . ومع ذلك من استعمل تلك المسكوكات بعد أن تحققت له عيوبها يجازى بدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز ستة أمثال المسكوكات المتعامل بها .
