يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أهان أو سب بإحدى الطرق المتقدم ذكرها مجلس الشعب أو مجلس الشورى أو غيره من الهيئات النظامية أو الجيش أو المحاكم أو السلطات أو المصالح العامة.

يعاقب بالحبس و بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين جنيها ولا تزيد على مائتي جنيه أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أهان أو سب باحدى الطرق المتقدم ذكرها البرلمان أو أحد المجلسين أو غيرهما من الهيئات النظامية أو الجيش أو المحاكم أو السلطات أو المصالح العامة .
