يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هات العقوبتين كل من عاب بإحدى الطرق المتقدم ذكرها فى حق ممثل لدولة أجنبية معتمد فى مصر بسبب أمور تتعلق بأداء وظيفته".

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين جنيها ولا تزيد على مائة جنيه أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين فقط كل من عاب باحدى الطرق المتقدم ذكرها في حق ممثل لدولة أجنبية معتمد في مصر بسبب أمور تتعلق بأداء وظيفته .
