يعاقب بالحبس أو بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرين ألف جنيه كل من عاب بإحدى الطرق المتقدم ذكرها فى حق ملك أو رئيس دولة أجنبية.
