كل من تطاول بإحدى الطرق المتقدم ذكرها على مسند الملكية أو طعن في نظام توارث العرش أو طعن في حقوق الملك وسلطته يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين جنيها ولا تزيد على ثلثمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين فقط .
